Trip Planner: South Pacific / Australia / Queensland / Gold Coast / Main Beach / Sea World Theme Park
Not to be confused with the SeaWorld chain in the United States, Australia's Sea World Theme Park offers a mix of massive marine animal exhibits, dazzling shows, and thrilling rides. See how dolphins care for their young at the Dolphin Nursery Pool, observe penguins on land and underwater at Penguin Encounter, and get up close with sharks at Shark Bay. Polar Bear Shores serves as Australia's only polar-bear exhibit, and Ray Reef contains over 100 rays for you to feed. The seal show has an engaging storyline with both seals and humans acting it out. The rides area includes both thrilling roller coasters such as Sea Viper and children's adventure areas like Beach Break Bay. Sea World is one of the best places for families with kids to visit. There are so many things to see and experience at this attraction. They also have impressive shows, like the dolphins show and the seal show. Lots of parking spaces, ambulant parking, things to eat, merchandise to buy, etc. The display of different species of water animals is excellent. They also provide a good nap of the entire experience. Enjoyed the ride on the overhead coach. The rides were also quite impressive. They've got toilets and spaces for eating. All in all, it was a fabulous experience.
Dolphin adventure is fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone to get up close and personal with these wonderful animals and see and hear about the efforts in place to help them. Staff are highly professional and accommodating so much so have done it twice now and will certainly be back for a third time.
