  We had a fantastic time at the Yoga Cabo Verde while on 2 weeks holiday in Sal. Sheena, Marta and Jane were all amazing - they taught multiple styles of yoga and catered for many levels of practice. Totally suitable for anyone new to yoga and also for those that are looking for a more dynamic practice. Both venues - the studio and down by the beach were great and walking along a sandy beach to your morning class was fantastic. All the teachers were friendly and knowledgeable - keen to answer any questions and help in general. We had a wonderful time and will love to go back.

  I had a fantastic week with Yoga almost every day. Morning yoga by the beach and in the studio in the evening. Professional, happy and helpful teachers. I am a beginner, but we were at al different levels in the class. So grateful for all extra feel good hours at my holiday
