Step three thousand years back at Pharonic Village, a theme park with scores of actors and actresses wearing Pharaonic costumes in a artists vision period setting. Recreating the heydays of Pharaonic Egypt, the park features pavilions with various industries, games and religious themes. Go sailing on a motorized barge down a network of canals in a true ancient Egyptian canalomania, and tour royal premises with pharaoh’s bedrooms or a village and see actors make pottery, work the soil or weave. With a workshop in which children can make mini reed boats, colorful costumes, a children’s playground and a paddle boat rental, the place makes a good family visit. A number of cafeterias and a restaurant serve drinks, sweets and food. To visit Pharonic Village on your holiday in Giza, and find out what else Giza has to offer, use our Giza.

I’ve been here twice. The tour guide was friendly and helpful, also all the staffs. Unfortunately the restaurant has limited menu and options for food, that was not a good choice for lunch. I consider would be nice if they have their own souvenirs such as key chains, magnet, t-shirt, or mug that show pharaonic village on its design. Foreigners love kind of these stuff as gift.

The village is great, it has a lot of activities. The main target is to show a lot of cultural heritage of pharaohs, but the tour extends to a lot of social and spirit world for the pharaohs. During the tour a lot of terms are explained in pharaohs life. The main kings and their achievements are showed. The main gods too. Their cultural life and their daily routine are performed by some actresses. Their industries and various types of products and how they made. The village is not about pharaohs only it has a lot of entertainment stuff and cultural museum too. The Islamic and Coptic museum are their with a lot of data about this period in the history of egypt.
