    The Serapeum is a great tomb that contains so many coffins ⚰️ of animals that were used in ancient Egypt. Some of the coffins are made of granite and some of them are made of basalt. The coffins are.....  more »

    You have to pay extra to visit the Seapeum when you visit Saqqara. On a hot day, it seems like a long dusty walk for not much payoff. Yes, there is a riddle here. How did the ancient Egyptians...  more »

    I love this museum as it is as close as you can get. The tombs are still untouched. The improvement on the walkway is added bonus for tourist to enjoy the tombs.
