  • Already at the entrance I was breathless. I ¨ seemed to have been literally catapulted back two millennia. The City of Pergamon lives in this museum in all its splendour. And not only it. Each exhibit is ¨ exposed So as to emphasize all its artistic and cultural value. I was pleasantly left to carry on this journey in time. Who goes to visit it will certainly be enchanted. I also recommend âDas Panoramaâ a modern multimedia dome inside which the visitor is offered a faithful insight into the daily life of the inhabitants of Pergamon.

  • Unique pieces that marvel their placement. I did not like the indications of the rooms to follow the circuit well.

  • Pretty spectacular seeing pieces from Babylonia and Assyria. Although I can't help but wonder if it was right to remove the objects from their original location in the first place. I do appreciate the opportunity to learn about these objects.
  • Awesome museum, definitely get the audio guide, it's free! If you're gonna go to at least one more museum it's worth getting the museum Island ticket. Worth a visit for sure, amazing experience.
