Burg zu Burghausen Reviews
Friendly people, up to date museum shop and small exhibition; very clean and modern toilets. But because of lack of time had no time to visit the big exhibition. But we definitely will come back in... more »
What a surprise. We discovered this castle on our way from Regensburg to Salzburg. Entering in the castle is a step back by time. Very interesting also for young children. more »
Great castle with cool museums. Also liked the fact that you can walk the entire length of this massive castle, and that you can take great pictures of the city the entire way. It isn't that great of a castle though, there are so many more castles in germany that are more magnificent than this one. Saying that however, this is the longest, which means if you care about that kind of thing this is the place for you.
The longest castle in Europe snd one of the few that are still inhabited by the burgers of the town. Wonderful place to visit.
