Dom St. Stephan contains Europe's largest organ, with 17,774 pipes, 223 registers, and six consoles. Mozart even wrote music for and played this organ. The Italian Baroque church dates to 1688, measures 100 m (328 ft) long, and features eight large bells--the largest weighing in at 7,550 kg (more than 8 tons).   • Under renovation just you can still see the ceiling and the detail on them, not only a big building but also with some interesting paintings.  more »
  • A fantastic building and a must see. When we visited there was some building works in progress (updating of electrics) however, it didn’t destruct from the beautiful interior. I am sure there’s lots.....  more »
  • Definite must see. Moderate hike from the docks but worth the effort. Most of the shops and boutiques along the way offer a variety of gifts and food items
  • The cathedral is beautiful but the outside is under restoration construction so it's difficult to walk around it plus you can't get good photos without having construction vehicles in the pictures. The interior is quite beautiful though.
