  • A not so big but very impressive archaeological site. It is the only place you can see the ancient wall of Athens. There were two gates one for the everyday usage and the other one was the Sacred Gate. In this area there was the largest cemetery of Athens and nowadays you can see many monuments on the top of the graves of some important persons. You will definitely enjoy the visit of this place. A tour guide is highly recommended.
  • An important Archaeological site with a museum on the site housing some amazing statues, figurines and stone work. Entry fee applicable. Can get very hot in the summer, so please make sure that you have plenty of water and cool drinks to keep you hydrated.
