This museum is not very eye catching even it's just right next to the Roman Agora, but it's definitely worth going because it has a very good collection of the musical instruments with photos, text , ... more »
As a musician, I found the museum quite interesting, with many well-preserved traditional instruments and good explanations. However, several of the headphones to listen to examples were missing. Also, it's small, you can go through it quite thoroughly and it doesn't take too long.
Free, concise, and well laid out. The museum isn't very large, but they do a good job of presenting a lot of historical instrument usage. More instruments than description (but everything is labeled). Also a nice bathroom.
