  • From the moment we went to the museum we felt an atmosphere of hospitality from the staff that served us. The museum was a unique experience of amazing exhibits, scents and images that take you to another era. Then we went to the wine tasting area, we had the package with the six wines, it was all very tasty and separate but that really impressed me was the maid a wine where you can only find in the particular winery, it was a Unique experience for my palate!!! Finally the child who serve us the wines was helpful and made us feel very home. An experience not to be missed by anyone visiting Santorini.

  • During our stay in Santorini, we went to several museums, but this is what impressed us the most! Probably because it differs from all the "classic museums"... They are also very beautiful and interesting, no doubt, but the "Wine Museum" is done really well! A very large structure, with 2 parking lots: one on the left for scooters/quads and bikes, and one on the right for cars. Cared for in detail, the further you go and the more you want to discover, see and listen to what will come next. One of the positives, in my view, is that you do not visit the museum with a guide next to it or with a small group of people, the guide will be a "radioline" that will give you at the entrance when making the ticket, where they will set your native language. Once you enter, you will find signs with the figure of the radio and next to a number, you just have to type the number that you will be in front of you to listen to everything there is to know. The same will happen later, when you go to taste the wines. Another good thing is that we went there almost at the opening hours you can say, as a result we visited the museum in complete tranquility and in full solitude. In short, words are not enough, you have to visit it! Especially if you are passionate about wine!

  • Very informative and interesting. It was great learning about and seeing the early years and methods of wine making. A must see on your trip if you love wine.
  • The museum is nothing spectacular, pretty basic and outdated. However a visit is worth it just for the wine tasting!!! The basic package was 10 euro for 4 wines including the vinsanto and another dessert wine! You can use the audio guide to learn more about every wine you taste
