  • To me a visit to Dublin would be incomplete without visiting this and the Emigration Museum. The GPO Witness history museum filled in so many blanks. In my history knowledge (there were a lot of blanks) but I was keen to have an impartial view of the events of 1916. I felt the approach was balanced and factual. There was lots to see, watch and look at. There were also seats at some parts of the exhibition which is always nice when you’re wandering round.
  • Good place to visit. Very informative of the Irish revolution within Dublin, the audio guide is very informative and highly recommended. The museum itself is a little on the small side and requires more reading / understanding than other museums, but is highly interesting.
