  • One of the museums that we had a chance to stop and look at while on our travels. The outside is so beautiful and the collection that they have is outstanding. I love the different tile work on the floor. Also liked that they had a gift shop and that it was free to the public.
  • Great place to learn about Irish history. Has many interesting exhibits ranging from the stone age, all the way to the medieval times. All items are very well preserved with appropriate labels which indicate the name and place of origin. One of the highlights of this museum are the bog men, which are very well preserved. The building itself has amazing architecture and an interesting layout. Fantastic for rainy days, or if you're a history enthusiast or simply wish to know more about Irish history.
