  • Christine Ferrari has done some miracles here! Le paradis du safran is a wonderful place not only for saffron. Here you will also find various plants, flowers and herbs in an imaginatively landscaped garden. The barefoot trail and the subsequent herb rose petal foot bath with argan oil care is simply a dream after a hike under the Moroccan sun! The food spoils all the senses, the water is delicious there, the semi-shady ambience completes the whole thing. How happy we are to have visited this dreamlike place, and our guide then told us: "This woman is a blessing for the region-so many people find work here, especially the women of the village!"

  • Very friendly (Swiss) welcome in this small oasis in a small valley near ANIMA Garden incl. a saffron tasting and an explanation about the most expensive spice in the world. You can see the breakdown of safari, various herbs and fruit incl. a small oAse for resting in the rose garden. For everyone who likes to cook a MUST!

  • Excellent place to stop on a trip to the Atlas Mountains. Beautiful gardens and a restaurant with excellent food. Christine, the Swiss owner has done a fabulous job with this place, and has something of an inspirational story to share. Her contribution to the local community and economy is a standard any expat should aspire to! Highly recommended. Make the time for lunch!
