Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona

4.5
To see some of the city’s most celebrated pieces of architecture, take a leisurely stroll along Passeig de Gracia. Lined by several masterpieces designed by Antoni Gaudí, widely regarded as the country’s finest architect, this is one of the most expensive streets in the city. In the 19th century, the majestic avenue attracted some of Barcelona’s wealthiest citizens. Today, the wide boulevard is a sort of open-air museum, offering travelers a chance to see what life in the city may have been like over a century ago. Not only one of the city’s major roads, but also one of its most important commercial areas, this thriving area is also dotted with modern shops, restaurants, and hotels. • beautiful rambla dotted with luxury shops and Catalan art. One thing I really liked is the really very special national restaurant, to see, I didn't have dinner there, but it has to be seen.
