With over 30 rides, Grona Lunds Tivoli offers an amusing place for families with kids--and anyone else looking for some simple fun. Rides range from tame to scary. The highlight is the tilting drop tower, allowing visitors to drop from 80 m (262 ft) in less than 6 seconds--it's a brief drop, but the views of Stockholm are great, so keep your eyes open. Grona Lunds Tivoli reviews
Even if it's big - it's not that great. In fact, we had a better day in Gothenburg and Liseberg. But was beacuase we had children among us. Gröna Lund is mor for couples and teenagers. They have a... more »

Tiny little amusement park, but full of charm and things to do. They have used every square inch of this small plot of land to fit in surprisingly big and fun rides! Jetline is really fun and Twister is surprisingly intense for such a small ride - lots of airtime! The park is full of lights, great food and drink stalls and lots of games. It feels very classic in some places - like you’ve been transported back in time! I recommend a visit with friends or family if you’re in Stockholm and want a fun, carnival-like atmosphere.
I spent quite a joyful mother-daughter afternoon. Even though I didn't ride many attractions, the whole place was very familiar and picturesque and easy to walk around and buy more riding tickets. For me as a tourist it allowed me to have a good vision of what it's like to have a healthy dose of entertainment with friends and family in Stockholm. To me it would be a 'once every other month' entertainment to go to. And it is very easy to get there either by tram(metro) or boat ride or bus! It's a must, also beacuse it's built at the edge of the island where it's placed so you have one gorgeous sea view when you hop on any of the attractions or if you want to just stroll along the park near the water. There is also enough security since they check your bags before entering the premises. I enjoyed it a lot.
