Start off your visit on the 1st (Thu): contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Jerpoint Abbey, take in nature's colorful creations at Rothe House and Garden, take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Canice's Cathedral & Round Tower, then sample the tasty concoctions at Smithwick's Experience, and finally walk around Kilkenny Castle.
