Keep things going the next day: contemplate the long history of Cathar Castles, step into the grandiose world of Chateau Comtal, pause for some serene contemplation at Eglise Saint-Nazaire, then get engrossed in the history at Musee De L'ecole, and finally do a tasting at O'Vineyards.
