Designed by notable English architects and proclaimed India's capital in 1931, New Delhi sits in the middle of a sprawling metropolitan area with a population of over 25 million.
Humayun's Tomb and India Gate will appeal to history buffs. Red Fort and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib are good opportunities to explore the local culture. There's lots more to do: take in nature's colorful creations at Akshardham, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Birla Mandir Temple (Lakshmi Narayan), walk around Lodhi Garden, and look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas.

Belo Horizonte, Brazil to New Delhi is an approximately 27- hour combination of bus and flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight. The time zone changes from Brasilia Time (BRT) to India Standard Time (IST), which is usually an 8 hour difference. Kick off your visit on the 20th (Sun): admire the sheer force of Jogini Waterfall, admire the verdant scenery at Solang Valley, relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Hidimba Devi Temple, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Siyali Mahadev Temple.
