Get a sense of the local culture at Grand Place and Musées Royaux des Beaux-Arts de Belgique. While Luxembourg City boasts the shiny headquarters of several European institutions and EU offices, it is also home to a beautiful old town that's designated as a World Heritage Site.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes European Museum Schengen, Pfaffenthal Lift / Aufzug/ Scenic lift, Free Walking Tours Luxembourg- Twenty Tour, and other attractions you added. Chateau de Vianden and Le Chemin de la Corniche are good opportunities to explore the local culture. When in Luxembourg City, make a side trip to see Chateau de Clervaux in Clervaux, approximately Clervaux away. There's much more to do: explore the historical opulence of Palace of the Grand Dukes (Palais Grand-Ducal), appreciate the history behind Monument du Souvenir - 'Gelle Fra', don't miss a visit to Barrio Grund, and take in nature's colorful creations at Place de la Constitution.

Drive from Brussels to Luxembourg City in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. In April, daytime highs in Luxembourg City are 15°C, while nighttime lows are 5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Sat) to allow enough time to take a train to Paris.
