Built on seven hills, Lisbon has experienced a renaissance in recent years, making it the cultural star of Portugal.
Appreciate the collections at National Tile Museum and Fundacao Jose Saramago. Get some cultural insight at Jeronimos Monastery and Alfama. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Lisbon: Sintra (Quinta da Regaleira & Castle of the Moors). Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.
Visit Anne Frank House and De Duif for their historical value. Get some cultural insight at Rijksmuseum and The Resistance Museum (Amsterdams Verzetsmuseum). There's still lots to do: get engrossed in the history at Van Gogh Museum, indulge your thirst for a good beer at Heineken Experience, appreciate the extensive heritage of Begijnhof, and take a stroll through Red Light District.

Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1 hour traveling from Lisbon to Amsterdam.
