Dover is a town and major ferry port in the home county of Kent, in South East England. Step off the beaten path and head to Bodiam Castle and Hastings Fishermen's Museum. Walmer Castle and Gardens and Folkestone Harbour Arm will appeal to history buffs. Venture out of the city with trips to Camber Sands (in Camber) and Ethel Loves Me (in Rye).
