Fly from Split to Milan in 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of ferry and train. In June, daytime highs in Milan are 33°C, while nighttime lows are 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 14th (Tue) early enough to travel to Murren.
