A busy, cosmopolitan city, Oxford is perhaps best known for its ancient university.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like The Roman Baths and Guy's Cliffe. Stonehenge and Wells Cathedral are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Change things up with these side-trips from Oxford: Hawk Conservancy Trust (in Weyhill), Warwick Castle (in Warwick) and Brunel's SS Great Britain (in Bristol).
