The time zone difference when traveling from Jeddah to Damascus is minus 1 hour. Traveling from Jeddah in July, plan for slightly colder nights in Damascus, with lows around 22°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Mon) so you can drive to As Suwayda.
