Dushanbe to Khujand is an approximately 1-hour flight. You can also drive. Traveling from Dushanbe in July, Khujand is a bit warmer at night with lows of 25°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Tue) so you can travel to Dushanbe.

Little more than a small town at the turn of the 20th century, Dushanbe grew rapidly during the Soviet era and now serves as the national capital and home to nearly 800,000 people.
Museum-lovers will appreciate NOOR ART GALLERY and National Museum of Tajikistan. Take a break from the city and head to Nurek Dam and Delfin Aquapark. Venture out of the city with trips to Ski Tourism Complex Safed Dara (in Tagob) and Hisor (Hisor Fortress & Hisor HIstorical and Cultural Preserve).
