  • Twycross Zoo was a good visit for us, being a parent of a 2 year old (soon to be 3) it was great seeing the little one light up seeing a huge giraffe, rhino and monkeys for the first time. The zoo facilities are good, plenty seating areas and a very good gift shop. The day we visited it was very warm, you could tell the animals were feeling it as most were indoors or in the shade. It is definitely a good zoo to visit for a good family day out. If you have kids with endless energy there is a play area, let them loose at the end of the day there so they go out like a bulb on the way home 😁
  • Loads of attractions and activities for all family members. Starting from butterfly farm, feeding parrots, funny gibbons to taking a walk with lemurs! Myself, my missus and both our daughters loved it! It's a great place for family day out. There is a very good restaurant in the main building and a fantastic gift shop. Highly recommended!
