  If you want to go and have a treatment then go elsewhere. Very unprofessional establishment and staff. Went for a treatment, was not greeted on arrival and just told to sit down. The receptionist...  more »

  This is now the second time they have got wax in my hair. This time it was on the back of my head,in my fringe and side burn. The lady then put oil in my hair to try and get it out. Like some sort of comedic sketch of how not to wax eyebrows. The lady didn't even offer a discount and was lacking MASSIVELY in social graces and skill.

  Very unprofessional. Personal call on phone while on reception. No welcome or friendliness. Brow work ok but offered lotion after and barely swiped the area with a tissue. Went to pay and had to wait while receptionist finished sending a text. Chatting loudly in Salon. Very unprofessional and rude. If I could give zero stars, I would.
