Definitely the best soft play around the area (Local to CB24). Large area, sectioned off for babies, toddlers and over 4's however it is all joined up so you do get older children in the toddler area and toddlers venture into the larger parts when accompanied by their adult but no problems ever seen with this. Baby area has a lot of toys and all battery operated toys work which you don't get often! There is also a party area with its own entrance to the installation and a private slide to get back into their area which is so cute, I have witnessed a party and the children loved it. A hairdressers is also situated in the main hall but I have never used their services. Food is adequate, not the largest menu for adults to order from but the child's menu is well catered for however I bring my daughters food as she has an allergy. I have eaten here and the food is yummy and warm, the other children we visit with all enjoy their food. Homemade cakes and healthy biscuits are available along with a coffee machine and ice creams. Staff are friendly but I haven't seen them come out often to tidy away (often hiding and talking in the kitchen so you can wait at times to be served). Later in the day the floor can be a bit messy with food not having been swept up which can be annoying with little ones who 1) like to eat off the floor and 2) don't have shoes on due to running in and out of the play area. Despite the "negatives" paragraph it is definitely the best soft play for a long way. The installation is very large and exciting, lots to do and see. Ample parking and the cost of entrance is perfect, even if you spend only an hour or two it's worth it.
We've been bringing our boy here since he was a toddler and now several years later he still enjoys it. The equipment is fun, split over three large levels with special areas for toddlers and babies. Also the food served there is great and good value. Staff are friendly and good with kids. Also now there's air conditioning too it's an ideal place to take kids to keep them out of the sun.
