  • I have been here on "normal" jazz nights and also to support a friend of mine and his superb outfit PDQ. I have to admit to not being a massive jazz fan, but for an occasional visit, the 606 Club tick...  more »
  • What a super experience! The musicians stand next to you without a podium. Enjoy the direct contact, there is also room for a dance! TIP: If you still want to converse while eating: come at 7 am, eat still quietly, before the erupts. You can also join!!

  • Great music, lovely food and really friendly, accommodating staff. It was nice to watch some live jazz on a Monday after work. I did have a group of about 10 friends who wanted to come along too, but as they were not members they decided not to come due to the "substantial meal" policy in order to drink alcohol. I understand this is part of their licensing agreement as a members club, however it definitely discouraged them from coming along. Other than that, it was a really nice night and would definitely recommend.
  • Went to 606 for my birthday and booked a table - spent over £800 and was trying to enjoy the jazz only to have the musician ridicule us and make us not feel welcome, we decided to leave half way through the night and the banter continued as the Muscian commented they have not left yet, as a life long jazz fan I will never be going back to 606!nor will any of my party and in the long term that’s not good for business for 606 - disgusting treatment and made it hard to enjoy what we came for...
