Cineworld Cinema - London Leicester Square Reviews
This was my first time at a 4DX screen and we booked seats C10, C11, C9 (there a 4 seats are in blocks of 4 but are all right next to each other) I would recommend a middle seat in row C or D as these... more »

Disclaimer: I am a Cineworld London West End Unlimited card holder living in Central London. The refurbished, relaunched flagship Cineworld Leicester Square is now my main Cineworld cinema since Summer 2018, where previously Cineworld West India Quay used to be my main cinema. I love Cineworld Leicester Square as it is bright, clean and welcoming. The staff are the most friendly and accommodating, whether it be the quiet of an early afternoon or the Saturday night rush for the latest blockbuster. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cineworld Leicester Square to anyone looking to go to any cinema in Central London. Even though I am a Premium Unlimited card holder, I would be happy to pay for family members to visit this cinema.
Came to the cinema with a code purchased online which we scan to get tickets. Lovely fella called Brian greeted us at the front, such a warm and welcoming guy. We were twice denied the tickets, first by some young Asian guy where the snacks and stuff were sold saying our code was invalid so we went to another till and tried after speaking to another member of staff at the box who said that she was new and was having issues. They called the manager who scanned it without a hitch, maybe more training needed for certain staff. The Superscreen balcony seats took the sting out of it but a great evening was almost ruined by that incompetent young Asian guy. Brian and the manager are the only reason it scrapes a three.
