Cyberdog, London

#25 of 419 in Shopping in London
Cyberdogs t-shirt range is famous throughout the known universe (and pretty popular in the unknown universe as well). Chi Chi The Space Chihuahua invented the brand whilst cocking his leg up over the boring Clothing brands at the end of the 20th Century.

The result was a mash up of techno funky colours and cutting edge future shock which inspired a generation of clubbers and space cadets alike! Cyberdog has since morphed into a brand with a more accessible urban underground vibe, which can only be expected from a company with its roots now firmly established in London’s Coolest hot spot, Camden Town.

The Cyberdog flagship ( or Mothership ) store is a throbbing mass of style and humanity merged together to create a unique shopping experience.

Ask any cool kid from anywhere in the galaxy and they will point you in the direction of the nearest Cyberdog Earth Station! Cyberdog was a brand invented with the internet in mind, and its online presence is as cutting edge as its stores.

Cyberdog never compromises, never follows the trends, and always delivers amazing design, with value for money and out of this world service.

  • The Cyberdog store is unique, for sure a London tourist spot! Both in the part of the day and the night, the store draws attention and stands out due to its style and lighting, the style of the clothes may not be very pleasant for some people, but overall it is worth the visit only! • What an absolutely amazing shop. Loads of cool stuff to look at, especially the metal sculptures on the first floor down. Staff were very friendly and approachable (don't let appearances fool you people) I will definitely be returning here the next time I'm in town.
  • I want to give this place a better rating, I really do. The colours and the lights and the music... I want to love it. But I can't. The staff are rude and will tell you off for even trying on a jacket over your clothes or for taking a picture of something to send to a friend and see if they want it. There is no common sense distinction between thieves and normal customer behaviour and the concept of customer service never reached them. Also the prices are sky high and a lot of the product that isn't clothes (toys and gifts) are overpriced and poor quality. The clothes are well made and original, though. The shop is really run down, lighting that's burnt out, an escalator that was broken two visits months apart, etc. Overall, it's worth checking out as some stuff is so cute and it is so unique... but the shop itself has lost much of the shine it used to have, and don't expect to be treated like a valued customer... In their eyes you're not, you're just a potential thief.
