  • If you don't live nearby, you won't have a meeting, you can see the city's highs, you can see the golden, you can see the golden, you're in the water pond, it's beautiful.

  • Shadwell is a district in Wapping, south of Whitechapel in the East End of London. This neighborhood, once one of the most infamous, hosting the docks, has been completely renovated. Ignored by mass tourism that prefers to flock to the West End, it offers the opportunity for a very nice walk. Vaughan Way departs the beautiful Ornamental Canal that flows between renovated buildings, leading to the Shadwell Basin, a basin surrounded by red and blue buildings, with the old port banks repainted in red. Don't miss it at sunset on clear days. But I leave every other consideration to the photos.

  • It's one of the best places to walk, that basin is. During summer or winter. Daylight or otherwise. Walk, cycle, jog, run, swim and whatever you decide to do. It's a totally therapeutic place. Maybe not so much on rainy days though 😅. Fun fact...you can walk all the way to tower bridge! Definitely recommended for night or days walks with good company.
  • Great outdoor space. Slightly spoilt by constant bikes and runners but the basin is an ideal venue for them too.
