  • You really get the sense of what our ancestors had to put up with in their lives, and realise how well off we are today. Totally authentic visit of a historical ship which is part of England heritage....  more »
  • I cannot believe the conditions that sailors of old lived and fought in, but this old lady so deserves a visit, she is beautiful inside and out, but be careful not to bump your head, you have been war...  more »

  • All things boats and ships. Great day out highly recommend. Best bits yet to come as well. I reckon to see it all a gentle 2 days. We needed a wheelchair but there was enough to see. A 3 attraction ticket would be a long day especially as a few of the boat sheds were free. 3 different cafes/restaurants as well. Well worth £30 plus booking fee especially if you take a few days to look round. The Mary Rose museum is separate these days.
  • An enjoyable hour spent wandering around - of the original ship 11 canons, some of the floorboards on the lower deck and the timbers which form the hull remain. Everything else is a replica of what they think the original looked like, definitely worth a visit if only to see the original timbers which form the hull.
