Villa Eilenroc
An extravagant and beautiful villa build amidst of a serene environment, the Villa Eilenroc is a perfect break from a busy holiday schedule. Villa Eilenroc was built on a rock in the middle of a virtual desert. The area was transformed into a glorious garden designed by Jacques Greber, landscape architect and consultant, who created a luxuriant park of 27 acres around the villa. Take leisurely stroll in the luxuriant vegetation, which lays meters/feet above the sea with a view across the bay of the Cap. Planted with traditional Mediterranean species such as Alep and Canary pines, marine and parasol pines, lavender, Cyprus, olive trees, oaks, arbutus, thyme, rosemary, eucalyptus etc. The villa encloses an extravagant rose garden and an olive groove. A trip to the villa will be a very refreshing experience for travelers. To visit Villa Eilenroc and other attractions in Antibes, use our Antibes trip itinerary planner.

This place is a well kept secret that we had the pleasure to visit in 2010. The reviews validate our experience; if it’s no longer open to the public just post it. Very disappointing.

Having driven from the UK we stumbled upon Villa Eilenroc during our stay in the area. It was only open on Wednesday and Saturdays whilst we were there. It doesn't seem to be promoted that much and signage isn't prominent... there wasn't any parking so you have to find somewhere on the road and then take a fair walk. Entrance was free when we visited. The staff were very helpful. The French anticovid App and face mask were needed at the time of the visit (November 21) to enter the house. The house and gardens were beautiful and well worth the visit. It felt like we were visiting somewhere special.... would certainly visit again if in the area. A secret gem.
