Wonderful lively local market in area 3, Lilongwe. You can find so many kinds of local fresh vegetables and fruits there. Shoppers are warm and friendly enough to try to rip off, but not in bad manner, you can enjoy negotiating with them. Some local Nsima restaurants also there.

Amazing place, you can find just about any local produce here. We got a tour of the place where the locals do their shopping. We had a local guide so felt very safe. It would be very easy to get lost in the narrow dirt streets, glad we had someone local to guide us. Many of the shop owners do not want their picture taken unless you pay them, so be sure to ask before you snap that photo.
