I was exhausted from travel- I hadn’t slept in a bed in 30 hours- having worked all day until 2300 and departing on a 0520 flight and then going directly to Lucern to enjoy two hours on a lake...

Of the many alps I’d roads I drove, this was one of the best. High speed, little traffic, lots of adrenaline. Smooth road and great views. Dawn or dusk probably best time to go through.
