Wonderful customer service. The lady who looked after me today was so helpful! And such great spirit and humour. I visited twice, both times looking for unexpected items yet her happy disposition and efficient service was brilliant. Such a lovely person who just made my visit so nice both times. First time - shorts - second time unfortunately a knee support - but such attentive service. Fabulous.

Efficient service, but I found it very expensive. And they were not very understanding when I asked for a refund when I brought the skis back because I fell the previous day and couldn't ski anymore.
