Monte Carlo of Switzerland

Located in the popular holiday region of Ticino, Lugano is the largest Italian-speaking town in Switzerland.
On the 9th (Mon), stop by Giuseppe Giglia S.A. Marrons Glaces and then slough off your stress at Splash & Spa Tamaro. On your second day here, walk around Parco Ciani, then explore the activities along Lake Lugano, then get great views at Monte San Salvatore, and finally browse the different shops at Fox Town Factory Stores.

Zermatt — 3 nights

Best known as home the Matterhorn mountain, Zermatt serves as a chic ski resort town of the Swiss Alps.
On the 12th (Thu), tour along fresh powder with Sunnegga, pause for some serene contemplation at Intercontinental Church Society, take in the awesome beauty at The Matterhorn, then stroll the grounds of Mountaineers' Cemetery, and finally see the interesting displays at Matterhorn Museum - Zermatlantis. On your second day here, fly like a bird with a parasailing or paragliding tour, fly down the slopes at Saas-Fee Ski Resort, and then tour the old-fashioned way with a train tour.
