Bakewell is a small market town and civil parish in the Derbyshire Dales district of Derbyshire, England, well known for the local confection Bakewell pudding. When traveling from London in August, plan for slightly colder days and about the same nights in Bakewell: temperatures range from 22°C by day to 13°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 20th (Sat) to allow time to drive back home.
