A Baroque mansion set in a sprawling estate, Dyrham Park holds 300 years of the aristocratic life of the Blathwayt family. The estate sprawls for 110 hectares (270 acres), so take long walks along the footpaths, or ask for a guide if you want someone to show you around. Had wonderful sunny day here. Long walks and staff friendly and helpful. Saw 2 short films on history of Dyrham. House open but renovation in progress. Gardens beautiful. Met Robin man by the Church. Well worth a visit.

Nice place of great historic interest. The only mansion with Dutch inclined design I have ever seen in the UK. I will not upload pictures as it is worth viewing life. Many people go for picnics with kids etc. Really lovely.
