Took my 12 year old daughter for a session on Rock Ratz. From the start the instructor was warm & friendly. Explained everything well, even took the time out to engage with us parents. Job well done..... more

Almost perfect setup for climbing. It is a bit tight, though that should be solved at their new site. I'd give 5 stars were the routes more colour blind friendly - often there are purples and blues, or red and greens on the same wall; the poor lighting and dirt on the holds adds to this difficulty of figuring out what the route is.

Very good experience. Staff were very helpful with everything. We held a party here and was very impressed. Lovely venue.
