  • Hew Locke's work is extraordinary -not to be missed. If you're headed to the Natural History, Science and Albert and Victoria museums, they are all connected by tunnel one can access from the South...

  • This museum is great. I think that it’s underrated for the fact that it’s free. The cafe is amazing as well, and the museum is close to the Pimlico station.

  • Great museum with top notch art. Admission is free, but special exhibitions require a paid ticket. There's good accessibility, with ramps and elevators. There's a bag/coat storage. The Hew Locke exhibition in 2022 was stunning and poignant. It's easy to get to the Tate Britain via bus or tube.
  • Amazing collections of British art. The Turner’s Rooms would be enough to make a museum. At the time of my visit, Rothko murals are exhibited near Turner - the light is too low to fully appreciate them though - clearly it’s for conservation, but I wish another solution was possible. Also on at the time of my visit, the Procession by Hew Locke (Tate commission). Impressive and thoughtful.
