  • Great historical place, kids love it here. We visited during Easter and there was a King wandering round giving out 'gold' coins to kids that solved the Easter clues. Lots of fun. Very good at engaging and communicating the history. Can be quite windy as it's exposed so wrap up warm.
  • Beautiful location for views and walks. You can see the outside and walk around the cathedral ruins without paying. Dog friendly. Pay and display car park unless you are heritage member. Lots of information plaques and discovery trails for the kids. Small shop. Benches and picnic areas.
